Community Support Specialist

Qualifications

Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal communication)

Motivate employees to reach each objective.

Must have strong communication, supervisory and leadership skills.

Use Person Centered skills and philosophy to support staff and develop quality and individualized support for those who use TLC services. 

Schedule and or directly provide backup support when direct support employee is not available. 

This is a salaried position; candidates must be available to work non-traditional hours and to meet other supervisory requirements and deadlines.
