Office Manager / Fiscal Support

Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of three years of relevant administrative support experience.
  • Experience with word processing, spreadsheets, payroll processing, bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and related fiscal responsibilities.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, dependability, confidentiality, and professional communication skills.
  • Additional relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.

Specific Requirements

  • Must be eligible for employee commercial crime insurance coverage and be bondable.
  • Must maintain a current Pennsylvania driver’s license.
  • Must maintain required automobile liability insurance.
  • Must maintain required Act 33 and Act 34 clearances.

General Duties

Work Schedule: 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

In this role, you will help keep the office running smoothly by supporting administrative workflows, maintaining accurate records, assisting with bookkeeping and billing processes, and helping staff use agency systems. The Administrative Assistant plays an important role in supporting employees, maintaining organized documentation, and ensuring that office and financial processes are completed accurately and on time.
