WEXA+/WEXA (Work Experience for Adults)

An OVR funded program, Work Experience for Adults (WEXA) program is a paid, short-term, community-based work experience for individuals with disabilities. It helps participants build skills, explore careers, and gain confidence in real-world jobs with support from job coaches. WEXA includes a competitive wage while helping adults prepare for long-term employment.
