Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience supporting people with intellectual disabilities, autism, mental health needs, or developmental disabilities preferred, but not required.
- Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance meeting agency requirements.
- Ability to pass required background checks and clearances, including Act 33 Child Abuse Clearance, Act 34 Criminal History Clearance, FBI clearance when required, and other applicable checks.
- Ability to complete required orientation, annual training, and role-specific training.
- Dependable, respectful, organized, positive, and able to communicate clearly.
- Commitment to person-centered practices, community inclusion, confidentiality, dignity, choice, and individual rights.

Position Purpose and General Summary
We have daytime, evenings, overnights, and weekend shifts available. Responsible for assisting individuals who use developmental disability services in various aspects of activities of daily living, while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Provide transportation and support to assist individuals with integration into the community by accompanying them to social activities; assist with general housekeeping, meal preparation and assist individuals with the handling of money and finances. Must have own transportation and a valid PA driver's license with valid auto insurance.
